Corrections and questions
hello@usheraudio.com — quote the page and the sentence. -
Supporter enquiries
supporters@usheraudio.com — a wordmark, a link and one line. Nothing else is for sale. -
What I cannot help with
“Which should I buy?” — there are no product recommendations here, by design.
Before you write
Three things save us both a round trip. Say which room you are working in and roughly its shape, because almost every bass question is a room question. Say what you have already tried, especially where the speakers and the chair currently sit. And if you are reporting an error, quote the sentence — it is much faster than describing it.
This site has no comments section. Not out of contempt for readers, but because a comment thread on an evergreen page ages badly, and moderating one properly is a second job.
What happens next
- A factual correctionChecked against a source, fixed in place, and a correction note added at the foot of the piece.
- A disputed claimRe-read against the three registers on the about page. If the register was wrong, the sentence is rewritten.
- A question the site does not answerSometimes it becomes a guide. Those are the best letters to get.
- A request for a product recommendationAnswered with the category explanation instead, which is genuinely more useful and also the only thing on offer.
